Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and checking in guests
  • Communicating professionally
  • Making bookings
  • Assisting guests during their stay
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to works night shifts, including weekends



Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
