Job Description
- Support in the development and delivery of events calls.
- Assisting in handling event planning, securing, coordinating, organizing, and arranging all facets of events from initial brief to final activation
- Assist the team to market and present events deck to prospects and clients to generate interest and new business opportunities when needed.
- Support in the development of detailed proposals for events with timelines, presentations, venues, suppliers, and documentation.
- Assist with the post-event wrap up process as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in events management or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation and organizational skill.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Previous experience in Events is an advantage.
- 6-month program.
