Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE
- Assist the Director of Engineering in managing daily operations and ensuring all technical systems run efficiently.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and preventive maintenance planning to maintain smooth engineering functions.
- Supervise technical installations and repairs, ensuring work meets standards and safety regulations.
- Manage scheduling, task allocation, and coordination to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand, Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Experience working with ACCOR on sustainability-related initiatives is highly desirable.
- Experience using maintenance management software and digital reporting tools., ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- Excellent communications & leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
