Job Description
* Develop, implement, and evaluate recreation programs and activities for diverse age groups.
* Supervise, train, and schedule recreation staff.
* Manage and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
* Develop and manage recreation budgets.
* Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
* Coordinate special events and tournaments.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with participants and the community.
* Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or related field preferred.
* Experience in recreation programming and supervision.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* First aid and CPR certification
