Who are we?
Novu Campus is a joint project with 4,000m2 of coworking, meeting and community space at the Circle in Zurich. The first thing people see when entering our space is our coffee bar. Now we are looking to expand our team with an open-minded and engaged Barista. At the Novu Campus Coffee Bar, you’ll not only shape the guest experience but also become a valued member of our community.

Tasks

What do you bring to the team?

We are looking for a flexible coffee lover (yes, we also serve other drinks), working at a 20 -40% pensum with higher workload in the summer and autumn time.

As part of our team, you will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both our Coffee Bar customers and coworking visitors. Your day will include preparing and serving hot and cold beverages as well as light snacks, while providing friendly and attentive service.
You keep the coffee bar clean and well-stocked, and assist with deliveries. You'll work both independently and alongside your colleagues to make sure every customer has a great experience.

Requirements

As for you: you have barista skills, gastro experience and can also see yourself supporting in other areas like events. You’re solution-oriented and also enjoy working independently. You speak English and German very well and have a confident manner. But mainly, you are an open and communicative person with a sense of humour.
Starting date: immediately
Pensum: 20 - 40% on an hourly basis
Opening Hours: 7:30 – 16:00
