We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and hands-on Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading a fast-paced, upscale kitchen operation renowned for its Mediterranean cuisine and exceptional guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and is eager to contribute creatively while developing and inspiring a talented kitchen brigade.
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, maintaining high culinary standards, supporting menu development, and leading the team with energy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant kitchen
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Passion for modern cuisine and awareness of current culinary trends
* Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
