A minimum of 2 years experience in an upmarket restaurant environment is required for this role.
Job is guaranteed all-year round and not seasonal.
Above average competitive rates are being offered for the right candidates.
The selected candidate:
- will report to the Restaurant Supervisors / Management
- will be allocated to specific restaurant sections hosting our guests,
- will perform a sales role when taking clients orders,
- follow restaurant service SOP’s,
- able to work within a skilled service team.
The Server:
- must be residing in Gozo,
- must speak very well the English language,
- willing to seriously work for his / her career development,
- flexible according to operations demands,
- fully committed to the role.

- The Restaurant shall pay the Employee for hours worked over and above the 40-hour week in line to Maltese legislation. Uniforms covered by company. Quarterly bonuses (known as government bonus). Meals on duty. Employee discount card for one80 restaurants and bars.
