Are you passionate about a Bar concept ? We're looking for skilled individuals to join our team as a Bartender Mixologist at one80 / Ix-Xatt, Mgarr Yacht Marina, Gozo.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Craft / Serve a variety of cocktails and drinks with precision and flair,
- Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience,
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards,
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver seamless service during busy periods,
- Ensuring our guests are welcomed and receive a genuine experience,
- Ensure bar is prepped and ready for service,
- Deliver service in a prompt and sense of alertness,
- Mixology of new and standard signature and International cocktails,
- Execution of beverages in line to set SOP’s,
- General upkeep of the bar and beverage stores.

- €18,720 Gross per annum (Gross basic wage excluding benefits)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a mixologist in a fast-paced environment is preferred,
- Sound knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, mixing, garnishing and presentation,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays,
- A positive attitude, a team player and a passion for hospitality.
- Position is based in Gozo - the sister island of Malta.
