Job Summary:
Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
Direct guests to their rooms;
Transporting luggage to the rooms;
Provide information about the resort as well as information regarding available services;
Support reception whenever necessary.

Previous experience in customer service;
Ability to work in a team;
Strong communication skills;
Strong sense of customer orientation;
Good appearance;
Driving license.
Education/Professional Experience:
Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
Previous experience as bellboy member (preferably).
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
