PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

To create exceptional and unique cocktails while providing excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience for patrons and centered around crafting and serving beverages, maintaining a well-organized bar area, and engaging with customers.

· Create a diverse range of cocktails and drinks, following established recipes and using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

· Develop new and unique cocktail recipes to enhance the bar's offerings and attract customers.

· Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, recommending drinks, and ensuring their satisfaction.

· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and following hygiene and safety standards.

· Showcase various mixing and garnishing techniques and experts in shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, and other methods to create well-balanced and visually appealing drinks.

· Pays great attention to the visual appeal of their creations. The presentation of a cocktail, including the choice of glassware, garnishes, and garnish placement, can significantly enhance the overall experience.

· Knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines and aware of local laws and regulations related to the sale and consumption of alcohol.

· Keep up-to-date with beverage trends, spirits, and mixology techniques.

· Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

· Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create drink and food pairings.

· Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring smooth operations during busy shifts.

· Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost the bar's reputation



TASKS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Train and develop all the bar tenders in the hotel in all outlets

· Check and monitor the consistency of quality, presentation and the taste of cocktails are maintained in all the outlets.

· Develop new and unique cocktail recipes to enhance the bar's offerings and attract customers.

Requirements

· Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Mixologist in a 4 to 5 Star Hotel or Night Club.

· Age: 25 to 35 years

· Good command of English Language

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· In-depth knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixers.

· Creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing drink recipes.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods.

· Attention to detail and precision in drink preparation.

· Stamina and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
