We are restaurant China Dragon, looking for a passionate 

Independent Working Chef Level I to strengthen our kitchen team. 

Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic

You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely w

ith our kitchen team. You can work both independently 

and as part of a team, and you feel responsible for a clean 

and organized kitchen. Our restaurant is located at :

Your Responsibilities:

- Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)

- Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.

- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.

- Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.

- Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.

- Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.

- Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.

- Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods

- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
