- produzione di dolci al cucchiaio e piccola pasticceria "à la carte" per i diversi outlet;
- produzione amenities di welcome per le camere;
- ricevimento delle materie prime, controllo e organizzazione magazzino;
- pulizie del reparto;
- garantire gli standard HACCP
