Job Description
The Engineering Secretary is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Engineering Office and Storeroom. He/she is responsible for all activities and records in storeroom, proper recording of all merchandise entering or leaving the storerooms proper control of all storage areas.
The ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience in senior secretarial position and should have CADD experience. He/she should be able to relate to staff above and below his/her level and should be pleasant and mature. He/she should be well organize in filing and keeping records, with good communications skills, able to write letter, memorandum and stenography.
