This is a great opportunity for a professional and motivated individual to step up and take daily charge. We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic and energetic leader to deliver timely cleaning, staff training, thorough inspections and consistently high standards.

Candidates should have previous Housekeeping Management experience at a luxury hotel or lodge, a proven record of training and developing strong housekeeping teams and evidence of an uncompromising attention to detail. In addition, you will have

The salary for this position is $70,000 NZD

About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department, delivering timely cleaning, thorough inspections and consistently high standards. In addition, you will be responsible for:
- recruitment, m
- maintaining high standard of suites and public areas,
- leadership of the Housekeeping Team
- management of an on-site laundry operation,
- health & safety (including chemical registers),
- and departmental financial controls (forecasting, budget preparation, labour and supplies).
About you:

Candidates should have previous Housekeeping Management experience at a luxury hotel or lodge, a proven record of training and developing strong housekeeping teams and evidence of an uncompromising attention to detail. In addition, you will have
- A passion for service delivery and the Hospitality Industry
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience (senior Housekeeping / Hospitality)
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications
- Ability to train and grow a team of mixed skill levels
- Knowledge and experience with Hospitality Management systems
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- And a winning personality, with the ability to surprise and delight!
