Job Description
• Ensures highest possible guest satisfaction.
• Suggests, develops, and implements realistic action plans aiming at introducing and/or improving services. Ensures proper functioning of the Front Office section.
• Ensures that all his staff follows the personal hygiene, freshness, well-groomed and always maintain cleanliness specially using deodorant and mouthwash at the beginning and during the duty.
• Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs.
• Ensures the privacy of our guests.
• Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guests and the staff.
• Maintains the maximum Operating Standards and the Rosewood Standards.
