This position will assist in the full range of HR operations, from talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, to learning & development and employee engagement. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey offering you the opportunity to be an essential part of Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong – and we’d love to have you on-board!

What you will do:
- Support the team to provide full spectrum of HR functions
- Participate in various Talent & Culture and club projects
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned
What you need to have:
- An outgoing and dynamic approach to problem solving
- An ability to connect with a local and international workforce, across all levels
- A creative mindset and an empathetic approach to employee experiences
- A strong command of English
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
