- Provide prompt and efficient services for guests according to the standard.
- Check all the arrival and due out list, check the room conditions and guests preferences. Prepare for checking-in or checking out.
- Complete every matters what assigned by guests, in case of difficulties, report to higher authorities.
- Actively promote Hotel’s facilities and services
- Establish great connection with guest to build up positive guest relationship
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
- Willingness to take up challenges in different roles of front office operations (Front Desk / Residence Lounge)
- Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System
