Job Description

Assisting the management in the recruitment process in order to fill vacant positions in the appropriate time and with the most suitable candidate
To make SSI entries and exits
To make Work Accident notifications
To make the personnel police notification at the entry and exit of work
To organise İşkur Reports
To check the scorecard from the departments, to compare it with the finger reading system
To follow up annual leaves, sick leaves, weekly leaves, to ensure that they are processed in the Bayan System
Organising a Human Resources Orientation for new recruits to familiarise them with company policies, rules and regulations
Advising and guiding employees to ensure that their behaviour and practices are within the Hotel's performance expectations and standards
Assisting in Disciplinary and Grievance processes to ensure that employee behaviour and performance expectations are met
Organising activities for employees in order to increase their off-duty satisfaction
To provide co-operation and support between the Employee Accommodation Officer and Employee housing management in order to increase employee satisfaction
To provide co-operation and support between the Employee Restaurant Manager and the restaurant facilities management in order to increase employee satisfaction
Assist management in the process of administering the Employee Engagement Survey to achieve predetermined engagement targets
Conducting interviews with leavers to understand the reason for their departure and dealing with employee dissatisfaction and concerns
