The Bazaar Character will lead several activations within The Bazaar space includingbut not limited to live demonstrations of a variety of traditional crafts thatrepresent the regions represented within the Bazaar festivals through interactivehosting. This position will add to the immersive environment by providing guestfacing interaction as a way to bring cultural stories to life. This can be inthe form of character mockups, leading cultural conversations, roaming throughthe space and engaging with guest Q&A, managing self-led cultural activities,contributing to happy hour entertainment,and partaking in festival marches/ parades. Performers will embody an “alwayson” mentality and take on various character forms, helping audiences connectwith heritage traditions through storytelling and activities.
