POSITION SUMMARY
Assist manager and Asia/Australia Hotel Food Procurement team on supplier outreaching, inquiry, invoice and statement verification, key economic data maintenance, supplier filing/record/tracker management, other data support services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Good at filing and documenting and keeping records including saving, performances, purchasing data, etc.
* Manages suppliers on delivery performance.
* Sends RFQ to suppliers and makes analysis.
* Supports fleets operation within Asian markets.
* Supports Commodity Manager on any other tasks/assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
* 3-5 years related procurement experience or specialized technical experience.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in related field.
* Negotiation and analytical skills required.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.
* Ability to compute and analysis with advanced knowledge of modern office software/tool, such as excel, power BI, power query...etc
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence,
