The HR Crew Admin is responsible for processing and tracking of The Bahamas Immigration long-term and short-term work permit applications. This role ensures that the immigration processes are handled efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with the legal and ethical practices following the requirements of the Bahamas Immigration regulations. This position will require to perform specific HR Admin duties to support the HR Centre and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
