Cc Lifeguard Lead - X

The Lead Lifeguard is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of designated aquatic recreational facilities: pools,
water slides, attractions, and beaches. This role focuses on Guest, Visitor, and Team Membersafety, responds to any type
of emergency, and performs lifesaving procedures. In addition, the Lead Lifeguard supports the Assistant Manager in all
operational aspects, inspects water slides, attractions, pools, and beaches, ensures all lifeguard positions are covered,
checks emergency equipment, reinforces safety procedures, ensures waterpark, pools, and beaches are Guest-ready. This
position requires excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, concentration, visual audit skills, the ability to provide
CPR/First Aid, knowledge of products and services.

philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
