The Senior Linesman is responsible for securing and releasing the ship’s lines by guiding and leading the mooring Team.
The Senior Linesman supports the Team of Linesmen to move cargo, stores, and equipment. This position must be able to
efficiently undertake the maintenance and conservation of the destination’s pier equipment. The Senior Linesman leads
the Team of Linesmen, has a practical mind and manual skills, can work efficiently with attention to detail. This role is
committed to a safety-first culture to ensure optimum safety for Guests, Visitors, and Team Members.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way
philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
