The responsibilities also include coordinating and supervising team members, conducting recipe reviews, controlling production levels, managing food requisitions and deliveries, overseeing food production in various sections, maintaining public health standards, ensuring compliance with the HACCP program, and preparing for health inspections. Additionally, the individual must adhere to assigned duties, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain personal appearance and hygiene according to company regulations.
