The Assistant Technical Manager isresponsible for supervising the operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems at the Destination. The role demonstrates exemplarymechanical, electrical, and technical skills. The Assistant Technical Manageroversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical projects, supportsbudget control, and fosters a culture of safety and continuous improvement. TheAssistant Technical Manager leads and inspires the Team to work to theirhighest capabilities and ensures they continuously develop talent in thedepartment. The role follows and trains others on the Company's safety andenvironmental policies, environmental systems, and machinery to ensure A.B.C.(Above and Beyond Compliance) standards are achieved and maintained. TheAssistant Technical Manager is committed to safeguarding the environment.
