Power Maintenance Supervisor

The Power Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating team activities ensuring uninterrupted power supply, efficient operation of all electrical components, upkeep of company vehicles and proper functionality of HVAC systems. The supervisor plays a key role in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues, planning maintenance schedules, managing spare parts and developing team capabilities. This position is a hands-on role ensuring preventative maintenance and repairs are performed safely, on time and in compliance with industry, company and regulatory standards. This role is expected to provide direction, coaching, mentoring and hands-on training to team of technicians in carrying out their daily routines. This role ensures technical compliance with all company standard operating procedures, environmental standards and manufacturer operational guidelines. This position must ensure conformity with workplace safety guidelines and cleanliness of assigned areas. This role must have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize, and be detail orientated while establishing and driving a positive working environment.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
