The Retail Attendant is responsible for reaching company targets by providing guests with a fun and engaging retail experience. This is done through consistent exceptional guest service, expert product knowledge, attention to inventory levels, active refilling and product merchandising, maintenance and cleanliness of kiosks as well as compliance with established policies and procedures.
The Retail Attendant is responsible for all sales activities, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, providing product information and keeping the kiosks stocked with merchandise in accordance to approved Retail Planograms. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
