Job Description
- The incumbent is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the outlet, and is not limited to the service area. He / She shall ensure that beverages are prepared according to the outlet standards. Ensures that inventories are adequately stocked. Ensures that facilities and equipment are in good condition. Responsible for assisting in the monthly small wares and beverage stock take. Able to operate the cash register and ensure that income collection procedures are followed.
- F&B department will allocate employee into outlets depending on the requirement of the department
- Assist Bartenders to check the Bar for beverages, utensils and administration items and to collect commodities from the store
- Knowledge of food and beverage and its service.
- Knowledge of preparation, presentation of all food and beverages according to the standards set.
- Must check on all mise-en-place.
- Concentrate on increasing sales of the outlets and reaching to the set targets.
- Check the bar counter for cleanliness and ensures that all related equipment are in good working condition and that all repair work is carried out for any faulty equipment.
- Handle complaints of the guests and report it to the Bar Manager.
- Ensure guests are taken good care of by fellow Bartenders, Waiters and Waitresses.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience in the same capacity.
- Highly knowledgeable about wines.
- Able to suggestive sell beverages.
- High energy level.
