Job Summary
The Resort Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of luxury service standards. This leadership role requires strong business acumen, a hands-on approach, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation, and Spa.
- Ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience in line with Royal Saray’s 7-star standards.
- Support department heads in meeting operational goals, managing budgets, and maintaining service quality.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where needed.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Assist in staff development, training, and performance management.
- Act as the point of contact in the absence of the General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards across the resort.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel/resort operations, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of resort management, guest service standards, and multi-department coordination.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain a culture of excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; MBA preferred.
