Description
The incumbent of this position is responsible to materialize the maximum number of requests and reservations.
Key Responsibilities
● Working with the reservations manager to handle priorities
● Checking availability and making guests’ reservations based on their requests and needs
● Processing payments and sending booking confirmations or modifications
● Answering questions and solving issues about reservations
● Collaborating closely with the concierge and front desk team to handle guests' special requests
● Liaising with the Sales team to resolve any issues, and handle site inspections and office visits' information in the PMS
● Ensuring that all VIP and special requests information is efficiently saved in the PMS
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
● Good knowledge of Opera PMS
● At least 1 year of previous experience in the hospitality business (luxury field is preferred)
● Excellent proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
● Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
● Sales and guest relations skills
