Bartender Trainee | Internship Position in Greece or Spain

Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
Responsibilities
- Set up and close the workstation, completing all side duties for each shift.
- Prepare and serve beverages following the established service standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Support restaurant/bar operations as directed by the F&B or Bars Manager.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.

- • Full board meals in the employee restaurant • Free daily transportation to and from work • Transfer from the local airport to the resort • Monthly salary of €850 net in Greece & €1000 gross in Spain • Professional uniform with laundry service included • Priority consideration for permanent roles or future management development programs within the Group.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece or Spain).
