Help create exceptional guest experiences while capturing the atmosphere of one of Japan’s most exclusive private hospitality environments.

Seasons Collection is seeking an energetic, creative, and guest-focused Concierge & Social Media Content team member to join our ultra-luxury private residence operation in Niseko for the upcoming winter season.

This role combines concierge, guest experience, and social media content creation, supporting guests throughout their stay while also helping bring the Seasons Collection brand to life through engaging photo and video content.

You will assist with guest requests, local experiences, reservations, dining, ski activities, wellness bookings, and day-to-day guest support, while capturing the unique atmosphere and lifestyle of Seasons Collection residences and Niseko winter living.

This is a highly guest-facing role requiring warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, discretion, and a strong eye for luxury presentation and content creation.

The Role

As Concierge & Social Media Content, you will support the guest journey from arrival to departure while helping showcase the Seasons Collection experience across social media platforms.

You will assist guests with dining reservations, ski experiences, transport coordination, wellness bookings, and local recommendations while ensuring every interaction feels seamless and personalised.

Alongside guest services, you will capture and create visual content including photography, video, reels, stories, and lifestyle moments that reflect the Seasons Collection brand and the Niseko experience.

You will work closely with the operations team to ensure both guest experience and brand presentation are delivered to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills with a warm and professional personality
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, social media, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence capturing photo and video content for social media
• Calm under pressure, highly organised, and naturally guest-focused
