Seasons Collection is assembling a refined housekeeping team for the upcoming winter season in Niseko, Japan. We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and service-driven individuals for the following roles:
- Housekeeping & Linen Lead
- Cleaning Attendants

Available Roles
Housekeeping & Linen Lead
A senior role responsible for overseeing the presentation, organisation, linen management, laundry operations, and housekeeping flow across the residences.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in luxury chalets, private residences, boutique hotels, or superyachts who understand that true luxury is defined by comfort, precision, and effortless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain immaculate guest-facing and back-of-house environments
Oversee all linen and laundry operations to a world-class luxury standard
Ensure rooms and shared spaces are consistently presentation-ready
Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and operational organisation
Coordinate workflow between housekeeping and wider operations teams
Maintain exceptional standards of discretion, cleanliness, and professionalism
Ideal Candidate
Strong experience in luxury housekeeping or laundry operations
Highly organised and process-driven
Exceptional attention to detail
Calm, reliable, and service-oriented
Experience in seasonal luxury operations advantageous
Cleaning Attendants
An important support role within the housekeeping team focused on maintaining beautifully presented guest rooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and shared areas.
This role is suited to individuals who take genuine pride in their work and understand that in a luxury environment, every detail matters.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms and shared spaces to a consistently high standard
Support room resets and guest readiness throughout the day
Assist with laundry, linen handling, and general housekeeping support
Maintain organisation and cleanliness across back-of-house areas
Assist with guest packing/unpacking when required, with discretion and care
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented environment
Ideal Candidate
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, efficient, and detail-focused
Professional and respectful in guest environments
Hospitality or chalet experience advantageous

Location: Niseko, Japan
Season Dates: November 2026 – March 2027
Visa Eligibility: Applicants must hold valid working rights in Japan or be eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa.
Flexible working hours are required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods in line with guest occupancy.
