What the role is  

This program is oriented towards students who want to learn about the main operation of our hotels. You’ll be working with our operations Managers, Rooms, and Reservations teams. 

What you will be doing  

• To ensure the best experience for all customers from the Front Desk.
• Collect real-time feedback from guests on their experience and use this data to help conclude how to improve the guest experience with the management team.
• Work closely with the tour & travels team.
• To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
• To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times.
• To assist the process all guest check-ins and early check outs 
• Provide sales support to the location 
• Be the main contact to Selina Reservations center. 
• Manage communication with guests and deal with complaints. 
• Work closely with the back-office team, including inventories and reports. 
• Learn how to order office supplies and materials by min and max list. 
• Ensure standard customer service. 
• Day-to-day support to the housekeeping department 
• Create a community experience with the community team. 
• Work closely with the Cowork team to incorporate Selina's values into the Cowork offerings, as well as our messaging and marketing. 

What you need for the role  

• Studying Hospitality, Tourism, Foreign Languages, or service related careers.
• No experience is necessary.
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Be able to provide a college agreement confirming the internship.
• Be able to provide insurance certification.
