Responsabilites:

• Processing employee payroll during each pay period: Weekly - Biweekly.
• Semimonthly Managing employee data using the ADP Payroll System Entering new employees as well as their terminations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Monitoring hourly employee time and attendance
• Payroll administration, generating reports on a weekly basis.
• Preparing compensation, allowances, and bonuses
• Reporting on payroll expenses to Finance
• Posting all Food and Beverage (F&B) tips and balancing Month-end closing process for all payroll accruals
•  After all payrolls have been processed, generating General Ledgers to upload into the financial system.

_Skills:

• Word/excel/PowerPoint knowledge

• SUPER organized
• Able to deal with many responsibilities under pressure
• Flexible availability
• Adaptable: comfortable with last minute changes
• Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish (excluding)
• Great communication skills
• Profiency in U.S payroll procedures and regulations
