We are currently looking for an Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to the Sales team to ensure daily functions of the department are smooth and contribute to accomplishing the department’s KPIs in addition to other administrative duties as assigned.

As an Administrative Officer, we rely on you to

  • Manage the overall general administration activities including extracting data from the systems, researching/sourcing for information, data entry, document preparation, travel arrangements, filing, office maintenance, etc.
  • Assist in preparing and compiling reports, databases, SOPs, agreements, budget information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the master files for all the reports, databases, SOPs, agreements, budget, etc.
  • Assist in the management of communications, appointments, coordinate TEAMS meeting and taking meeting minutes.
  • Assist in creating and updating presentation decks.
  • Source for quotations, issue PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders).
  • Monitor and control office and travel expenses to be in line with approved budgets.
  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments when needed.


We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Able to multitask, stay organized, excellent communications skills and professional mannerism.
  • Tech-savvy and strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Resourceful, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
