岗位职责：

- 协助特色餐厅经理对餐厅的运营进行日常管理；

- 不断努力建立新客户，同时保持现有客人的忠诚度，并协助创造新的促销活动；

- 以礼貌和高效的方式处理所有客人和内部客户的投诉和询问，确保问题得到满意的解决；

- 与客人建立融洽的关系，保持良好的客户关系；

- 与其他餐厅经理紧密合作，关注客人的满意度；

- 监督及确保餐厅的服务标准；

- 监督服务设备的维护保养；

- 确保部门培训计划，按时举行部门培训，监督其达到要求；

- 与员工定期沟通，保持着良好关系；

岗位要求：

- 大专以上学历；

- 相关工作经验3年或以上；

- 良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力；

- 良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力.

- 良好的领导力，有团队合作精神；

We are looking for a Assistant Brewery Manager

As a Assistant Brewery Manager, we rely on you to

- Assist Brewery manager in the daily management of the restaurant's operation;

- Continuous efforts to build new customers while maintaining the loyalty of existing guests and assisting in the creation of new promotions;

- Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure that problems are resolved satisfactorily;

- Establish rapport with guests and maintain good customer relations;

- Work closely with other restaurant managers to focus on guest satisfaction;

- Monitor and ensure the service standards of the restaurant;

- Supervise the maintenance of service equipment;

- Ensure the department training plan, hold the department training on time, and supervise the meeting of the requirements;

- Communicate with employees regularly and maintain a good relationship;

We are looking for someone who :

- College degree or above;

- 3 years or above relevant working experience;

- Good communication skills in written and spoken English;

- Good communication and problem solving skills.

- Good leadership and team work spirit;
