Shangri-La, Xiamen, opened in 2017, located in the heart of Guanyinshan International Business Centre, which takes only 25-minute ride from the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and just minutes away from the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Centre. We have 325 luxurious rooms and suites, and offers 3 F&B outlets including Café Amoy, Chinese restaurant, Lobby Lounge and 11 Banquet function rooms. 1. Assist CR Manager to coach and maximize the performance of the team
2. Ensure every guest receives high quality service
3. Maintain smooth CR operation on a daily basis
4. Support the CR Manager from planning and organizing perspective

2、确保每位客人都能得到高质量的服务；
3、保持中餐厅的正常运作；
4、从计划和组织的角度支持中餐厅经理；

We are looking for someone who:

3. Have at least 5 years’ experience working in either luxury restaurant or 5* hotel environment
