DUTIES
The Asst. Outlet Manager is responsible for the operation, management and overall performance of the outletoperations. As such the OutletManager will be directly involved in the day to day running of these areas in connection with staffing, guest services and product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an International Hotel/Resort or a well-known restaurant is an advantage.
- A graduate or has a certificate in Hospitality/International Hospitality Management or any related course.
- Has strong sense ofBusiness Acumen
- Knowledgeable onTable Management System &Infrasys Operation.
- A self-starter anda good team player
- Guest oriented, creative and must have eye for details.
