We are currently looking for a Wellness Business Analytics & Development Manager to support Wellness initiatives at the Headquarter. This role will report, monitor, strategize and drive the Wellness success for the Group.

As a Wellness Business Analytics Development Manager, we rely on you to

• Work alongside with Wellness Lead and Project Lead in the development of business plan for improvement of group wellness business
• Develop business case for specific wellness projects, conduct feasibility studies on business model, support business case development with cash-flow and yield analysis.
• Perform detailed analysis of the performance of group wellness operations, review business and investment opportunities and provide analytic support to HQ Wellness Lead and senior management to drive asset enhancement.
• Assist in identifying, building and negotiation of affiliated wellness partners and manage related business agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and other business segments to develop relevant Wellness initiatives for their customers and communities
• Conduct market research and industry trends analysis, identify areas of consumer needs, lead the maintenance of wellness competitor database and competitor trend analysis.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant areas.
• Experienced in business development, business analysis or research, management consultancy or strategic planning
• Strong business acumen
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Effective negotiating, influencing and communication skills to clearly articulate business topics to senior executives
• Enterprising thinking mindset and can handle multiple priorities
• Strong sense of urgency, makes quality decision and gets the job done
• Passionate for wellness industry
• Excellent English in both oral and written skills, proficient Chinese
