Duties:-

Trains, supervises and controls the work of the kitchen personnel in their sections (where applicable). Maintains high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s), according to standards set by the Management. To be responsible for work assigned by supervisors such as mise-en-place as well as buffet set-up

Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an International class hotel capacity are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently.
• Outgoing and people oriented
• Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
