What are we looking for?
- Excellent spoken and written in English, Mandarin & Cantoneseis required.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
- Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering World Class customer service.
- Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Open to Malaysian only.
