We are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage.

As a Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:

1. Improve and optimize the profitability of every outlet.

2. Plan the yearly theme, events and activities.

3. Take responsibility for branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage staff.

4. Take responsibility of all Food & Beverage-related contracts, inclusive of but not limited to outlets, performers and suppliers.

5. Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division.

We are looking for someone who：

1. Minimum 1-year in similar capacity and business modelin Director of Food & Beverage position. Preferably possesses theexperience of hotel pre-opening.

2. Preferably has banquet background and overseaexposure, understand the quality and personal service.

3. Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language to host global guests.

4. Strong engagement with guest and colleagues, responsive to the needs and act faster, strong execution ability.

5. Good interpersonal skill, recognize and develop potential.
