Shangri-La, Xiamen, opened in 2017, located in the heart of Guanyinshan International Business Centre, which takes only 25-minute ride from the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and just minutes away from the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Centre. We have 325 luxurious rooms and suites, and offers 3 F&B outlets including Café Amoy, Chinese restaurant, Lobby Lounge and 11 Banquet function rooms. In house guest will enjoy the hotel’s comprehensive fitness and recreational facilities, including kids club, indoor lap pool, steam rooms, saunas and state-of-the-art gym equipment.

As an Executive Chef, we rely onyou to:

作为一名行政总厨，你的主要工作职责为：

1. In charge of leading the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement

2. Create and develop menus and recipes

3. Build collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure the best price and quality is achieved

4. Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards

5. Ensure the ultimate guest experience in the hotel

6. Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the hotel

7. Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division

We are looking for someone who:

10. Always aware of latest market trends and industry updates

11. Enjoy being challenged

12. Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader

13. Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
