We are looking for a Host / Hostess - Red Sugar based at Kerry HotelHong Kong!

As a Host / Hostess, we rely on you to:

• Meet and greet,provide the first welcoming impression to guests who visit the Bar
• Handle guests' enquiries, reservations and requests
• Understand guests' needs, personalize one's experience and offer extraordinary customer service
• Handle large party booking and communicate with Marketing team for F&B promotion coordination

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma in Hotel Management
• At least 1 year of related experience in the hotel industry
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communicator & outgoing personality
