Hygiene & Sanitation Officer

SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

To assist Hygiene Manager in monitoring and address all matters related to Shangri-La Food Safety Management System (SFS), Local Food Safety Regulation and other Food Safety related system implemented by Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Public Health Science/Food Technology/Nutritional Science/Food Microbiology
• Min. 1 yearexperiences in food quality assurance (involved in developing, implementation and verification of updated food safety system ISO22000:2018 or FSSC22000) atfive-star hotel or large and reputable catering or food and beverage industry
• Adequate knowledge in prevailing food and beverage regulation from regulatory authorities
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, words, power points) and good report writing skill
• Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for details
• Service-oriented and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
