We are looking for an In Room Dining Coordinator based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As an In Room Dining Coordinator, we rely on you to:

• Be responsible to handle guests' enquiries about In Room Dining menu
• Assist with order taking, delivery and follow up service, enhance guests' satisfaction and ensure they have a wonderful dining experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma in Hotel Management
• At least 1 year of related experience in the hotel industry
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communicator & outgoing personality
