We are now looking for an intern to join our Shangri-La Circle team. The intern will be fully immersed in theShangri-La Circle CRM team day-to-day work and will gain tremendous exposure in CRM and Loyalty Programme.

As our intern in Shangri-La Circle CRM team, we will rely on you to:

• Prepare reports in either table or in the form of visualisations such as graphs, charts and dashboards, highlighting the significant results
• Develop reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments
• Deliver required Business As Usual reports within requested timeline consistently
  

We are looking for someone who is:

• Undergraduate/ Postgraduate students currently pursuing a diploma / degree inMarketing, Sales, Business, Engineering, or Data Science
• Preferably with prior internship experience
• Experience with SAS, SQL, R or Python with statistics modeling is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 3 days a week, preferably full-time as much as possible
