We are looking for a Luxury Manager based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As aLuxury Manager, we rely on you to:

• Manage, support, and motivate the team to deliver the Shangri-La experience to VIPs and Suite bookings guests
• Initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure consistently high standards of guests' services are maintained
• Interact and communicate effectively with all team members, management team and guests
• Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Rooms area; prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to ensure achievement of operational standards
• Prepare training plans for Room Butlers and Rooms team ensure and maintain they have the knowledge of butler service
• Update and maintain Guest Remarks for all profiles to ensure that they are consistent, accurate and efficient
• Strengthen our brand to establish a solid foundation to grow our business and acquire new customers
  

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Hotel Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience with minimum 3 years in supervisory position in luxury brand of hotel operation or prestigious club operation
• Excellent interpersonal skills & leadership skills
• Quality driven, customer and business results oriented; highly motivated with an agile mindset
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
