We are currently looking for a Manager to support Investment and Asset Management Functions at Headquarter.

As a Manager, Investment and Asset Management, we rely on you to:

• Perform detailed analysis of the performance of hotel's operating department, support functions and hotel management, as well as that of Investment properties.
• Provide analytics support to senior management by developing financial simulations to analyze performance of assets as well as preparing reports for review.
• Work with Hotel and Inv Property management teams to develop a detailed business plan for our businesses.
• Evaluate and benchmark the performance of our properties and our businesses with the aim to enhance their performances, including working with Hotel/Inv Properties Managers to drive asset enhancement initiatives.
• Review investment opportunities, including new businesses.
• Conduct financial analyses and feasibility studies with cash-flow and yield analysis.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Possess enterprising thinking mindset and can handle multiple priorities
• Is good at numbers and hasstronganalytical skillswith the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Strong influencer and executor with proven track record
• 3-5 years of experience in asset/ investment management and business development including leadership supervision of a team of asset managers
• Degree in relevant disciplines
• Focus and organized with the ability to optimized business initiatives
• Confident, assertive yet collaborative approach, organized, ability to motivate team members
• Self-motivated, self-managing and target driven
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Investment & Asset Management
